Dr. Schrepferman is a nationally recognized expert in male reproductive medicine and microsurgical vasectomy reversal. After completing residency training at the University of Iowa under the tutelage of Dr. Jay Sandlow, he then completed a full year of dedicated microsurgical training with the renowned Dr. Larry Lipshultz. He was then recruited by the esteemed Dr. Arnold Belker, a retiring pioneer in the field of microsurgery, in order to continue Dr. Belker's long legacy of excellence in microsurgery in Louisville. Since entering practice in 2002, Dr. Schrepferman has brought technologically advanced microsurgical care to hundreds of patients from around the United States and abroad. He is also active in advancing the field of male reproductive medicine and in the education of young physicians learning the field.
