First, click "Next" to complete the registration form, and use the submit button to forward it to our fertility coordinator, Laurel Springfield. She will screen your information, and work with you directly to set a specific date and time for your consult.
Are you already a Skype user?
Then, on the day of your appointment, open the Skype from your toolbar, and use the search function to find "drschrepferman".
Select his name and press the add button to add him to your contact list. Please be sure you are facing your webcam on your computer, and that it is plugged in properly.
Select Dr. Shep's name by clicking it. Press the "Call" button icon to place the call. The phone will ring. When our office picks up, you should be able to see Dr. Shep on the video cam.
